This is a fun recipe to make with your kids. They can easily make this on their own while you cut the apples and enjoy as an after school snack and a little bonding time.

Whip your cream cheese at room temperature. This will ensure the dip is nice and silky smooth with no lumps.

When you first whip the sugars in to the cream cheese, you might feel like the dip texture is a little grainy. By the time you mix in all the other ingredients and the dip sits for a few minutes while you’re cutting the apples, the texture will be silky smooth!

You can make this dip ahead but I would suggest adding the caramel topping and snickers topping just before serving.

This dip is delicious with tart apples to balance the sweetness. We love serving

Granulated Sugar

Vanilla bean paste (or Vanilla extract)

Salt

Smuckers Salted Caramel Topping (Or make this homemade version!)

Tart apples of your choice

5 minute Caramel Snickers Apple Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 8oz Brick of cream cheese Bring to room temp
  • 1/2 Cup Brown sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla bean paste Extract can be substituted if needed
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Salt
  • 4-5 Tablespoons Smuckers Salted Caramel topping, divided (Or make your own using the recipe linked below!)
  • 8 Fun Size Snicker bars (cut into pieces)
  • A variety of apples of your choice We prefer Granny Smith and HoneyCrisp

Instructions

  • Blend together cream cheese, brown sugar, granulated sugar, salt, vanilla bean paste, and 2 tablespoons salted caramel topping.
  • Fold in about 1/3 of the snickers bars cut into pieces.
  • Spread dip in a pie dish for serving.
  • Drizzle the remaining caramel sauce on top.
  • Sprinkle the remaining 2/3 of the snickers pieces.
  • Serve with freshly cut tart apples like Granny Smith or Honeycrisp apples.
