1/2Teaspoon Baking soda
1/2TeaspoonBaking Powder
1/8Teaspoonsalt
1 1/2CupLifeway Kefir low-fat milk 2% or Almond milk works too
2LargeEggs
1TeaspoonVanilla extract
2TablespoonsVegetable OilCoconut oil melted can be substituted
Instructions
Whisk together dry ingredients.Add wet ingredients to dry and mix until well combined. Add up to 1/4 water to thin batter if needed. Add 1/4 cup batter to mini waffle makers or more depending on iron size. Cook until golden. Enjoy hot!
For freezing:Allow waffles to fully cool. Add to a ziplock bag or an airtight container. Freeze for up to 3 months. To reheat, warm in the microwave or pop into the toaster to crisp them up!
