Simple Homemade Shrimp Tacos

Ingredients

  • Shrimp Any size, frozen or fresh is fine
  • Taco Seasoning, salt and pepper Season to taste. I use Old El Paso brand
  • 1 Purple Cabbage Chopped into small strips or pieces
  • Sweet onion Chopped
  • 5-7 Radishes Sliced thinly or chopped
  • 3 Limes Sliced
  • Salsa
  • Corn Tortillas
  • Queso Fresco Cheese
  • Crema Mexicana
  • Cilantro Chopped for garnish
  • 2 Avacado Chopped
  • Salsa

Instructions

  • Add avocado oil to a large fry pan and fry shrimp. Season with salt and taco seasoning. Pepper if desired. Cook just until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
    Warm tortillas in a pan on both sides.
    Wash and chop all sides.
    Assemble tacos by adding shrimp, topping with cabbage, radish pieces, onion, avocado, cilantro, salsa, crema and queso cheese. Place a lime slice on each plate for garnish.
