Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°. Chop fruit and nuts. Add seeds and coconut flakes. Whisk egg whites, salt and maple syrup (or brown sugar). Combine ingredients and stir together. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spoon mix into 12 even mounds. Using a small cup, gently press the top of each mound to slightly flatten.Bake 22-24 minutes. Allow to cool.If desired, drizzle with chocolate (milk or dark is great!) and garnish with sea salt. This is delicious, but we actually prefer them plain!We love these clusters best when they have been chilled in the fridge.
