Easy Coconut Almond Chex Mix

Ingredients

Chex cereal

Golden Graham cereal

Sweetened coconut

Sliced almonds

Karo Syrup
light corn syrup

White sugar

Almond extract
Instructions
Add cereal, almonds, and coconut in a large bowl.
In a medium pot, combine butter, sugar, salt and Karo syrup. Mix together and bring to boil for 4 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in almond extract.
Pour over cereal mixture and combine gently with a spatula or wood spoon to combine and coat the cereal mix.
Spread on a parchment lined sheet and allow to cool.
Break into pieces for easy grabbing before it fully sets.
Notes
The mix can be stored in a ziplock bag or covered tray and enjoyed for 3 days after making.
