Creamy Strawberry Fruit Smoothie
- 15.5 oz Frozen sliced strawberries with sugar
- 1 Clementine orange or 1/2 of a naval orange
- 1/2 Banana
- 1/8-1/4 Cup Cream of Coconut We use Coco Lopez brand. Mix before adding
- 1/2-1 Cup Almond Milk or Kefir (we like Lifeway to add protein and probiotics) Regular milk is fine if needed.
- 1/2 Cup Vanilla bean yogurt You can substitute greek yogurt if desired.
- 1/2 Cup Frozen Pineapple chunks
- 1/2-1 Cup Ice Optional depending on your desired texture.
Blend all ingredients and serve immediately. *Add liquids to the bottom of the blender first for easier blending. I like to begin with the "mix" and then "puree" or "Liquify" to make it really thin and smooth!*If you are looking for a low sugar version, use frozen strawberries and omit the cream of coconut. Sweeten with pure maple syrup.
