1/2CupVanilla bean yogurt You can substitute greek yogurt if desired.
1/2CupFrozen Pineapple chunks
1/2-1CupIce Optional depending on your desired texture.
Instructions
Blend all ingredients and serve immediately. *Add liquids to the bottom of the blender first for easier blending. I like to begin with the "mix" and then "puree" or "Liquify" to make it really thin and smooth!*If you are looking for a low sugar version, use frozen strawberries and omit the cream of coconut. Sweeten with pure maple syrup.
