8ozcrushed pineapple(Drained and pressed dry with paper towel)
1cupshredded cheddar cheese(medium or sharp is great!)
1cupchopped walnuts
Instructions
Bring 8 oz block of cream cheese nearly to room temperature.With a mixer and paddle attachment, combine cream cheese, 1/2 packet of Lipton Onion Soup mix, cheddar cheese and pineapple (make sure you have drained and press-dried the pineapple!) Spread out a layer of plastic wrap and spoon the cream cheese mixture in a ball shape onto the plastic wrap. Wrap and chill for 2 hours in the fridge.Chop walnuts and pour onto a plate. Remove cheese ball mixture from the refrigerator and set on the chopped walnuts. Roll to fully cover with walnuts. Serve with a variety of crackers (we love chicken in a biscuit, wheat thins, Ritz or Triscuit!)
