It’s super bowl season! I can’t wait to share all my favorite appetizers with you, and at the top of the list is this delicious bacon cheddar ranch dip! Whip it up in just a few minutes and serve with fresh veggies like cauliflower, broccoli or carrots, olives and a variety of crackers on the side!
This dip will become an ABSOLUTE FAVORITE of yours in no time flat. This recipe has been in our family for many years and it is something I always look forward to my mom making when we gather for a holiday or party.
This dip works perfectly with so many sides. It has a creamy base with the amazing flavors of bacon, cheddar, ranch and then you add in a little horseradish and it just comes to life! I absolutely LOVE to enjoy this dip with olives and cauliflower. YUM!
Ingredients you’ll need for Delicious Bacon Cheddar Ranch Dip
- Sour cream
- Bacon bits
- Finely shredded cheddar cheese
- Creamy horseradish
- Hidden Valley Ranch dip packet

Delicious Bacon Cheddar Ranch Dip
Ingredients
- 1 16 ounce Container Daisy Sour Cream
- 1 Cup Finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 packet Hidden Valley Ranch powder (dips) One packet is too strong, start with half and add more for desired taste.
- 1/3 Cup Hormel Bacon bits
- 1/2-1 teaspoon creamy horseradish Start with 1/2 teaspoon and add more for desired taste.
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together well. Serve with veggies and crackers. Can be made 1 day ahead and kept chilled in the refrigerator. Garnish with bacon bits, cheese and sliced chives if desired.

No matter if we’re with a crowd or even just watching football as a family, I always go ALL OUT when it comes to appetizers. My family gets so excited and it just makes for such a fun dinner with the kids. I know I have a short time to make some memories like this and good food leaves such a lasting feeling.
