Fresh blackberry limeade

A fun and simple refreshing drink to enjoy all summer long!

- 5 cups water
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons seedless blackberry jam (optional but delicious!)
- 1 cup fresh squeezed lime juice
- 1 cup fresh blackberries pureed and strained
Garnish
- fresh limes
- fresh blackberries
- fresh mint sprigs
Create a simple syrup by combining 1 cup of water, 1 cup of sugar and 2 tablespoons of jam.Bring to a boil until sugar is dissolved. Allow to cool 15 minutes. Add syrup to remaining 4 cups of water and one cup of lime juice. Fresh-squeezed is always the best, but bottled can be used. Puree or blend 1 cup of blackberries and strain out seeds through a fine sieve. Stir into the limeade.Serve over ice and garnish with fresh fruit and mint sprigs!
