I LOVE APPETIZERS! It is so fun to gather around a table full of a variety of flavorful appetizers to enjoy. Today I am thrilled to share with you a recipe I have been making for around 15 years, our favorite cheesy spinach artichoke dip.
I don’t know about you, but a warm creamy cheesy dip with bread or chips on the side is always a favorite for party food for me! This dish packs a punch in flavor with a combination of cream cheese, Romano, parmesan, mozzarella, garlic, seasonings and artichoke and spinach, of course. It is so delicious and will quickly become a must-make for your next gathering (think Super Bowl!)
Ingredients you’ll need for Favorite Cheesy Spinach Artichoke Dip
- 8 oz cream cheese
- Parmesan Cheese
- Romano Cheese
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Garlic
- Salt
- Dried Basil or Italian seasoning
- Frozen Spinach
- Canned artichokes
- Mayonnaise
Simply beat cream cheese, add mayo, garlic, cheese and seasonings, and then stir in spinach and artichokes. Bake and serve hot with delicious sides. This is a great dish to keep warm in a small crockpot so your guests can enjoy it before it cools! It can be made ahead and kept in the fridge before baking for 24 hours.
What sides can I serve with my spinach artichoke dip?
We love eating ours with a side of sliced, toasted French bread, corn chips, or even simple crackers like Ritz, Wheat Thins or any plain cracker.
