How to create a Cozy Tabletop Mushroom Christmas Tree:
Making your own tabletop Christmas tree decor is easy and fun! The first step is to find a large bowl, basket, pot or vessel for your tree. I used my great-grandmother’s antique enamel bowl. I love thinking about what she would say if she saw how I am using it.
Supply list for a cozy tabletop mushroom Christmas tree
- Large bowl, pot, basket or vessel to hold the tree
- Mini tabletop Christmas Tree
- Felt ornaments: Mushrooms, Mice, Candy canes or larger pack of mice
- Fairy lights
- Vintage ribbon
- Tea towel for base cover: Checkered or Striped

Wool Christmas Ornaments
I had so much fun with these darling wool ornaments. The mushrooms, mice and candy canes all went so well together. I finished by adding a little vintage ribbon and a string of fairy lights. It turned out so cute, cheerful and fun!
